FAQs

What are ways you can help me afford your services?

Our recovery groups are available at no cost to participants, and our community education opportunities are free or offered at a low cost. Speak with your professional services provider to explore options that can make their services more affordable for you.

Are the sessions with the professional practitioners confidential?

Yes, our practitioners are not only bound by HIPAA confidentiality regulations, but also strive to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their struggles. Confidentiality is a core value they uphold.

Is New Hope Care Community a religious organization?

The Care Community incorporates a faith-based perspective into our services. While we are not a religious organization in the traditional sense, we were founded with support from New Hope Church—Adel.

What steps should I take to join a recovery group? Are there costs involved? Where do they meet?

A great place to start is by visiting our Recovery Groups tab, where you can find
the group that best fits your needs. To get in touch, simply click the envelope icon to contact the
group leader directly. Sessions are free, though some may require the purchase of a workbook.
Groups meet at different locations at different times, and the leader can provide those details
and answer any other questions you might have.

Do I need to be a Christian to receive help?

All people, regardless of their background or beliefs are welcome to receive care that will be loving, respectful, and professional.
